We use the forecasts from Wunderground only from Metar Stations reporting regularly in Namibia. There are some towns that stopped reporting for a number of months and thus can not be added to our Forecast Menu.
The Namibia Weather Network tries its utmost best to comply with the standards set by CWOP. We encourage you to review the Guide prior to setting up your station and during its operation.
To enable all internet users to use this site, we kindly request station owners to use standard software. These include Weatherlink or Weather Display (Standard Version) or Virtual Weather Station. These allow users with slow connections to view all the data of your weather station in Namibia. In case of other Software used, we need to verify these produce images able to open on all platforms and slow connections.
